Holly's real estate career leverages her business skills developed over her professional retail background: the financial analysis of the marketplace, working through the negotiations, project management of the entire process, as well as her love to work with people. Her creative design skills have also proved to be instrumental in preparing to launch a home for market, by lending keen art direction to the overall presentation. Understanding the importance of being a good listener and helping her clients achieve their goals is the cornerstone to her work philosophy. Also, providing her clients with a roadmap and with close counsel on the sequence of events helps to make them feel comfortable. Previous to entering real estate, Holly's career began in the retail industry 15 years ago when she joined May Department Stores in the fashion office to forecast color and trend for the development of private brand Women's RTW. Throughout her career she has held executive level positions at Macys New York, The Doneger Group, and still occasionally consults within the industry. In her leisure time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, Spencer and two daughters. Holly holds a B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago, and an A.A. from the International Design and Technology Academy.
Holly and her family have lived in the 360 South Bay community since 2013. Holly is an active member of the 360 Social Committee and the founder of the 360 Parents Group. As a local resident, Holly has a greater insight into the market and opportunities to identify off-market listings and connect sellers & buyers.
